Doctor Who comes to the SciFi Channel

If you are a fan of the old BBC show "Doctor Who" then you will be glad to hear that the SciFi Channel signed a licensing deal with BBC America to produce a 13 part drama of "Doctor Who." This deal gives SciFi Channel first run rights to series one and the rights to a possible series two! The first show is to run in March 17, 2006 on friday nights at 9pm Eastern with a two hour premiere. The SciFi Channel has set up a Doctor Who webpage that includes a gallery, episode information, character profiles and a link to the Doctor Who bulletin board for all you forum junkies.
